"The Master Mason is the cornerstone or the peak of the pyramid", the illumined man who functions "as the eye of Horus or the spy for the mystery schools wherever he is at"[1]. Every Master Mason is a Horus "dedicated to the overthrowing of the reign of Christianity" to "restore the reign of the all-seeing Lord, Lucifer"[2]. Morgan says they "know absolutely nothing" and have been deceived from the first day[3]. Its hints are split between level 3 (the degree) and level 6 (deceived rank and file); it is placed here as the working unit of the lodge.
