Quetzalcoatl
Where each worldview places it
In Hall, read by Cooper, a priest-initiate from the land of the seven colors (Tlapallan). He was born of a virgin, identified with Venus the morning star, and entrusted his secrets "to an order of priests governed by a hierophant or master"[1]. He "revealed the attributes of the master builder"[2] and founded "splendid socialized empires"[3]. Cooper stresses that Hall is linking him "directly to Freemasonry"[4].
