The 16th–17th-century "illuminated ones" of Afghanistan and "a later emergence of the old cult of the Assassins". Their tenets were abolition of property, religion and nation-states, and reshaping the world country by country. Their members prey on all outsiders[1]. "Branches of the Roshania are the illuminated ones, or the Illuminati"[2].
