Ian Smith

The leader of Rhodesia's white minority government, handed over to Robert Mugabe's dictatorship. In the 1995 book he is a victim of MI6: its "D" group "did nasty things and had them blamed on Ian Smith"[1]. The later book calls his government "the white dictatorship of Ian Smith"[2].
