Chain of command
Built from each profile's “Controls / directs” and “Answers to” fields. Open a branch to go down a level.
How it all connects
The four books tell one history through four different apexes, and the chains keep each book's version. The later books add four new lineages below (the Archontic, Sabbatian-Frankist, Rockefeller medicine and transhumanist chains) and extend several older ones. The two earlier books tell the same history through two different apexes. And the Truth Shall Set You Free (1995) runs its lineages down from the Fourth-Dimensional Prison Warders of the Luciferic Consciousness, through the mystery schools, to a human Global Elite and its "Brotherhood" network[1]. The Biggest Secret (1999) runs them down from the reptilians of the lower fourth dimension, through hybrid bloodlines, to the Babylonian Brotherhood[2]. The chains below keep both; where a link comes from one book only, only that book is cited.
Chains of Command
The two earlier books name different summits, and Icke never equates them; the later books add a third and fourth (chains 20–32). In And the Truth the command runs from the Fourth-Dimensional Prison Warders of the Luciferic Consciousness through a human Super Elite and Global Elite to the "Brotherhood network"[3]. In The Biggest Secret it runs from the reptilians of the lower fourth dimension, possessed in turn by a fifth-dimensional force, through the hybrid bloodlines to the Babylonian Brotherhood[4]. Chains 1–8 come from And the Truth; chains 9–19 from The Biggest Secret (with 1995 citations where the earlier book states the same link); chains 20–26 come from Everything You Need to Know and 27–32 from Perceptions of a Renegade Mind.
From And the Truth Shall Set You Free:
- Luciferic Consciousness → Prison Warders ("the Fourth Dimensional Prison Warders of the Luciferic Consciousness") → Global Elite → the world: "One force, the Global Elite, controlled by the Fourth Dimensional Prison Warders of the Luciferic Consciousness, coordinates all these apparently unconnected events"[5].
- Prison Warders → Global Elite → Babylonian Brotherhood (the "Brotherhood network" of secret societies) → the world: "The Prison Warders manipulate the Elite, the Elite manipulate the Brotherhood network, and the Brotherhood network manipulates the world"; each level does not know what the level above knows, and only the Prison Warders know the real agenda[6]. Put another way, "the clear-sighted (ETs)" manipulate "the partially-sighted (Global Elite/Brotherhood)", who manipulate "the blind"[6]. In And the Truth the Brotherhood therefore sits below the Global Elite; in The Biggest Secret the Babylonian Brotherhood is itself the top human tier (see chain 9).
- Prison Warders → Super Elite (the Black Magicians, "well above the levels of people like Hitler and Stalin") → All-Seeing Eye cult ("the force behind the Global Elite") → Global Elite → Illuminati ("which in turn answers to its Global Elite") → Grand Orient Freemasonry (the Illuminised Freemasonry) and Freemasonry → the Round Table network and every institution[7].
- Within the Global Elite: perhaps the Habsburgs → Rothschild family ("the force behind the House of Rothschild is right up there, but I do not believe they are at the top") → their satellites and fronts (Kuhn, Loeb and Company, J. P. Morgan, the Rockefeller family, Warburg family). Icke records, without endorsing, the researchers who put the Rothschilds at the peak, with a Council of Thirteen, a Council of Thirty Three and then the Committee of 300 below them: "(I don't)"[8]. The Illuminati "interconnects within the Global Elite" with the Black Nobility[8].
- The Global Pyramid (the "Pyramid of Deceit", the book's Figure 11): Prison Warders (through black magic) → Round Table and Royal Institute of International Affairs at the centre → Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberg Group, Trilateral Commission, Club of Rome → lines of command that "eventually feed into the United Nations" → governments, economy, military, media, intelligence, health, drugs, eugenics, education and food[9]. This front network is "only one part" of the wider pyramid[10].
- Mind manipulation: Tavistock Institute of Human Relations "tops the network of mass mind manipulation research establishments" (Stanford, Rand Corporation, Hudson, Heritage Foundation, Hoover Institution) and "its findings are used to direct the policies of the Global Elite network"; it links into the Club of Rome, Bilderberg and the Ditchley Foundation, and with the tax-exempt foundations into education[11].
- Intelligence and drugs: Global Elite → British intelligence ("probably above the CIA in the Elite pyramid") → CIA → the "Inner Fed" (CIA, National Security Agency, FBI, NASA and the Federal Reserve), a secret government funded by hard drugs; "about 18 or 20 people" run the United States; Elite elements in the CIA and British intelligence supervise the world drug market[12]. Mossad is "the Rothschilds'" and, with the Anti-Defamation League, serves the All-Seeing Eye cult[13].
- Politics: Global Elite → the money and media that select candidates → the One Party State ("all stooges for the same One Party State") → presidents and prime ministers of both parties → the electorate. Bilderberg chooses and removes leaders (Clinton in 1991; Thatcher in 1989)[14]. And, turned inward: humanity, by giving its power away, creates its own Prison Warders — "We are"[15].
From The Biggest Secret:
- Fifth-dimensional force → Reptilians (lower fourth dimension, underground bases, Draco) → Reptile-Aryan bloodlines (possessed "overcoats") → Babylonian Brotherhood[16].
- Reptilians → Satanism (the "supreme" ruling hierarchy: High Priest and Priestess; the Mother Goddesses) → Illuminati councils (3, 5, 7, 9, 13, 33) and the 13 ruling families, each with a council of 13 → Grand Druid Council; Committee of 300; Committee of 500 → Freemasonry and the knightly orders[17]. The nearest equivalent in And the Truth is its black-magician Super Elite ("Yes, Satanists run the world")[18].
- Pindar (California council of 13) → Queen Mother ("Chief Toad" of Europe) → Queen Elizabeth II → House of Windsor → British intelligence, SAS, MI5, MI6 and the armed forces (oath to the monarch) → the Privy Council and the parties[19]. And the Truth names the Queen as a member of the Committee of 300 and patron of the RIIA[20].
- Babylonian Brotherhood (London) → Rothschild family → Round Table → Royal Institute of International Affairs → Council on Foreign Relations → US government; the hierarchy "runs CFR, then RIIA, then Round Table, then an even higher authority"[21], the same Round Table–RIIA–CFR order as in And the Truth[22].
- Round Table → Bilderberg Group, Trilateral Commission, Club of Rome → NATO, World Bank, WTO, IMF, central banks and politicians (Thatcher, Clinton, Blair)[23].
- Bank of England and Bank for International Settlements → central banks (Federal Reserve, European Central Bank) → private banks → governments and people, by debt[24]. And the Truth adds the International Banking Commission in Geneva, "thirteen people" who set world financial policy with the BIS[25].
- City of London → "branch managers" (Rockefeller family in the US, Oppenheimer family in South Africa) → national institutions[26]. And the Truth puts the City and the UK government under "Illuminised Freemasonry"[27].
- Babylonian Brotherhood → Vatican (through the Jesuits, Knights of Malta and higher Freemasonry) → Pope → Roman Church → believers[28]. In And the Truth the Knights of Malta and the Elite control the Vatican, and P2 infiltrates it[29].
- Media: bankers and advertisers → media barons (Murdoch, Black, Turner, Packer, O'Reilly) → editors → journalists → public[30]; in And the Truth the "One Media State" interlocks the same Rockefeller-Rothschild-Morgan interests with the CFR, TC and Bilderberg[31].
- In an assassination the order comes "from the spider or spiders in the centre" (the black-magic adepts) → intelligence agencies subcontracting (British and French Intelligence, Le Cercle, the Safari Club, the OAS, BOSS) → the mind-programmed patsy (Oswald, Sirhan, McVeigh, Henri Paul)[32]. The version for JFK in And the Truth: Global Elite → Mossad, the CIA and the Lansky syndicate → the OAS team and the patsy Oswald[33].
- Mind control: Reptilians → the programmers (Mengele, Cameron, Aquino, Kissinger, Guy de Rothschild) → CIA and Tavistock programmes (MKUltra, Monarch) → slaves, couriers, 'Presidential Models' and "toy soldiers"[34]. In And the Truth the same programmes run from Allen Dulles and Ewen Cameron and produce programmed "lone assassins"[35].
From Everything You Need to Know:
- Demiurge → Archons → Reptilians and Greys ("The Spider") → the hybrid El-ite (Global Elite) → humanity: "The Archontic distortion dictates to nonhuman entities including the Reptilians and Greys (collectively 'The Spider'), who dictate to the human-reptilian hybrid El-ite, who dictate to the mass of humanity"[36]. "The hierarchy of the unseen becomes the hierarchy of the seen"[37].
- The Spider → the Web: unknown bloodline-only secret societies → Freemasonry, the Knights Templar, the Knights of Malta, Opus Dei, the Jesuit inner sanctum and the Vatican → the Rothschild Round Table → its "cusp" satellites (Bilderberg Group, CFR, Trilateral Commission, Club of Rome, RIIA) → governments, banks, corporations and media → a local repeat of the same web, such as the Isle of Wight's "Island Mafia"[36].
- Sabbatian-Frankism → secret-society Zionism, Freemasonry (the Grand Orient first), the Roman Church, the Jesuits, the Knights Templar, the Knights of Malta, Opus Dei and the cusp groups → Israel, the Neocons and Democons → the US, Saudi Arabia and the Vatican[38].
- Media: the Spider → the Web → billionaire owners → six media corporations → editors → journalists → the public: "the Web dictating to media owners who dictate to editors who dictate to journalists who tell the readers and viewers what the Web wants them to believe"[39].
- Intelligence: the Web → the CIA, NSA, MI5/MI6, Mossad and BND, "all assets of the same central command"; Europe is controlled from the US, and the US from the secret-society inner circle in Europe, "a chain of command to hide the real centre of power"[40].
- Politics: the Archons → Sabbatian-Frankists and Web assets → the Neocons (Republican) and Democons (Democratic) → the party whips → the presidents and prime ministers, "gofers and yes-people", whoever wins[41].
- Money: Archontic Reptilian families (the Rothschilds and Rockefellers) → the Bank for International Settlements (1930) → the World Bank, IMF, ECB and central banks → governments, owned through government debt[42].
From Perceptions of a Renegade Mind:
- Yaldabaoth (the Demiurge) → the Archons (Wetiko) → through possession, the Cult: "the Archon hierarchy becomes the Cult hierarchy", "dictated by the power and perceived status of the possessing Archon"[43].
- The spider → the Cult's inner core ("in a single room") → the bloodline secret societies → Freemasonry, the Templars, the Knights of Malta, Opus Dei and the Jesuit inner sanctum → the Round Table and its cusp organisations → governments, banks, corporations, media, Silicon Valley and the WHO → a subsidiary web in every country → World number 1[44].
- Sabbatian-Frankism → the Cult, which it "now largely controls" → the Neocons and Democons → both US parties and both main UK parties[45].
- "Covid": the Cult → Bill Gates → the WHO and Tedros → the chief medical officers and science advisers, often Gates-funded → political leaders, who "follow the science" → law enforcement → the people[46].
- Imposition: the Cult → governments and medical systems → business and police → staff and customers → the population, "a hierarchical pyramid of imposition and acquiescence"[47].
- Money: the Sabbatians → the Bank for International Settlements, "in other words, the Global Cult" → the central banks, including the Federal Reserve and the Bank of England → governments[48].
How the two apexes relate. No passage in either book says the Prison Warders are the reptilians, or the Global Elite the Babylonian Brotherhood, so they stay separate here. The stated links are: the Global Elite controls the Brotherhood network[6]; both books use "Lucifer", "Satan" and "Set" for the force at the top : And the Truth names them as symbolic names for the Prison Warders[18], and The Biggest Secret has Satanism created by the reptilians, the "fallen angels"[49]; both put the controllers "on the Fourth Dimension"[50] or its lower level[51]; and both treat the Watchers and the Elohim as the ancient names of the non-human controllers[52]. The summit in And the Truth is a collective consciousness that can work through any human or extraterrestrial within its frequency range[50]; in The Biggest Secret it is a reptilian race that possesses particular bloodlines[51]. How the later apexes relate. The later books state more links than the earlier ones, and they are recorded as relations, not merges. The Demiurge created and leads the Archons[53]. The Archons "dictate to" and possess the Reptilians and Greys, which are "the main non-human forms that Archons take"[54]. Satan, Lucifer, Yahweh/Jehovah and the Great Architect are names for the Demiurge[53]. The Jinn, demons, fallen angels, Chitauri and Predator are names for the Archons[55]. Wetiko is "the same distorted consciousness" and "the Yaldabaoth frequency distortion"[56]. On the human side, the Cult is "Archons incarnate" and largely controlled by Sabbatian-Frankism[57]. In Everything You Need to Know the El-ite serves the Reptilians, which serve the Archons[58]. No passage says the Prison Warders are the Archons, that the Global Elite, the Babylonian Brotherhood, the Hidden Hand and the Cult are one body, or that the Anunnaki are the Archons rather than one of their forms[59]. Each keeps its own profile.

Princess Diana and the goddess Diana: Icke treats the princess as the goddess's chosen living symbol. She was named after the hunting goddess, married on Brutus's Diana temple site (St Paul's), died at the Merovingian Diana chamber (the Pont de l'Alma, "Bridge of the Moon Goddess") and was buried on an island in a lake among trees. He keeps the two distinct: the princess is a person he calls a "light being", and the goddess is a mask of female energy[89].

- Interlocks[212]: the Neocons (Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Perle, Kagan, Kristol, Zakheim, Pence) and PNAC[219]; the Democons (Soros, the Clintons, Brzezinski)[218]; Goldman Sachs and the US Treasury (Mnuchin, Cohn) and the Federal Reserve (Greenspan, Bernanke, Yellen, Fischer)[220]; SAGE, SPI-B, the Behavioural Insights Team, GCHQ, the 77th Brigade, Ofcom and the NHS, fused through the "Fusion Doctrine"[216]; Common Purpose graduates in the NHS, BBC, police and Civil Service[221]; Unit 8200, Beersheba and Silicon Valley[222].
- "One unit" alliances[212]: Saudi Arabia, Israel and the US and UK are "one Web unit", as are the US and Russian Deep States[223]; Amazon, Facebook and Google are "one unit"[224]; the US and China are subsidiaries of the same Cult[225]; Israel and China will control the planned hive mind[56]; Bill Gates and the Rockefellers work "as one unit"[226].
- Opposition and targets[212]: censorship of Icke by the Campaign Against Antisemitism, North West Friends of Israel, B'nai B'rith and venues in Germany and Canada[227], and by Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Ofcom[228]; targets named in the later books are Gaddafi, Assad, Milosevic and John Magufuli, with Putin as the "spanner in the works"[229]; in the 2021 book the Pushbackers, the old and the unvaccinated are targeted[230].
