Four books: And the Truth Shall Set You Free, The Biggest Secret, Everything You Need to Know, Perceptions of a Renegade Mind, 1995–2021.

Methods of Control

The four books describe one toolkit, and the later books add the methods of the digital and "Covid" era (the last dozen methods below). The two earlier books already describe the same toolkit, but place it under different controllers. In And the Truth Shall Set You Free (1995) the methods are those of the Fourth-Dimensional Prison Warders working through the Global Elite and its Brotherhood network; in The Biggest Secret (1999) they are the methods of the reptilians working through the Babylonian Brotherhood. Most mechanisms (problem-reaction-solution, funding both sides, debt, mind control, symbols) appear in both, with the 1995 book supplying most of the modern financial, political and media detail and the 1999 book most of the ritual, genetic and possession detail.

Problem-reaction-solution

Create the problem (crime, terrorism, war, economic collapse), stimulate the reaction "something must be done", then offer the pre-planned solution of more centralisation and less freedom. It is summed up in the Masonic motto "Ordo Ab Chao"[1]. Icke's examples are both world wars (which produced the League and the UN), the Great Depression (the New Deal), the Bosnian war (a NATO army), the Oklahoma bombing and the "lone nutter" massacres at Dunblane, Port Arthur, Hungerford, Jonesboro and Columbine (gun control and a disarmed population before a coup), the drug war, the environmental "global problems", and a staged extraterrestrial invasion to justify world government[2]. "Nothing in politics happens by accident"[3].

The 1995 book already uses the same formula and name. The Bavarian Illuminati's revolution template (financial crisis, duped supporters later disposed of, mass propaganda, character assassination, rent-a-mob, then a "phoney democracy" or new dictatorship) was used for the French Revolution[4]. The Global Elite "cause so much war that the public demands a world authority": the League of Nations after the First World War, the United Nations after the Second[5]. London bombings blamed on the IRA brought Regulation 18b, and the provoked attack on Pearl Harbor brought the US into the war[6]. The CIA's Saigon Military Mission created the "Viet Cong" problem to justify the Vietnam War[7]; Goebbels engineered events to create "something must be done"[8]. The 1995 Oklahoma City bombing was, Icke says, most likely a false-flag bomb by the Global Elite via elements of the US government, the CIA and Mossad, blamed on the militias to expand federal and military powers[9]. Deliberately ineffective UN forces in Bosnia, Rwanda and Somalia create the demand for a world army[10]. The 1970s oil shock was a problem-reaction-solution with a scapegoat: the Bilderberg Group agreed the price rise and Kissinger supplied the Yom Kippur War and the "greedy Arabs"[11]. Crime and fear created by dismantling welfare make people demand cameras, armed police and new laws[12]. Target groups (such as New Age travellers before the 1994 Criminal Justice Bill) are softened up by media campaigns months or years in advance[13]. A staged economic crash blamed on the Arabs is to bring in a world currency[14].

The later books make it, with the Totalitarian Tiptoe, the core technique: "The world we live in today is largely down to them"[15]. Hidden Web agents create the problem, the media name a fake villain, and the "solution" advances the Archontic agenda. The examples are 9/11, the Syrian chemical-weapons claims and the Manchester Arena bombing[16]. The 2021 book adds the "No-Problem-Reaction-Solution", in which the problem is only believed to exist: "Covid" and the climate hoax[17]. Other examples are the Capitol "sting" of 2021-01-06, the 1995 Oklahoma bombing, a planned confrontation between China and the West, and a staged "alien invasion"[18]. "While they do exploit situations they haven't themselves created this never happens with events of fundamental agenda significance"[19].

Controlling both sides (divide and rule; 'oppo-sames')

"To control the outcome of a game you control both sides"[20]. Rival religions, parties, nations and factions are 'oppo-sames' run from one source. Blaming whole races, nations or religions is itself the Brotherhood's divide and rule[21]. Factions feud publicly to create chaos but are reined in when the Agenda is threatened[22]. Violent patriots are "oppo-sames" who give the Brotherhood its excuse for high-tech weapons[23].

In And the Truth the same principle begins at the top: the Prison Warders inspired opposing dogmas (Judaism, Christianity and Islam; Left and Right) to play off against each other[24], and "creating extremes and playing them off against each other has been one of the most effective weapons in the Prison Warder control of this physical world"[25]. On the physical level the Global Elite engineered the crisis between Britain and its American colonies from both sides[24]; bankers lend to both sides of wars, own the arms makers and then lend for reconstruction[4]; the same forces funded Hitler and the Allies[26], both sides of the American Civil War[27], the Bolsheviks and the anti-Bolshevik, anti-Jewish groups[28], and Iran, Iraq and all sides in Bosnia[29]. Kissinger's "good guy, bad guy" game had Milosevic condemn Karadzic while arming him[30]. The Super Elite used "stooges" like Hitler and Stalin against each other[8]. Both sides in Northern Ireland are run by the same secret-society network, the Orange Order on one side and the Irish Republican Brotherhood and IRA on the other[27]. The Left-Right spectrum is itself an Elite creation: the "Robot Radicals" of the Left and the "Robot Right" "have their strings pulled by the same people"[31], and the Far Right is "a dream for this clique"[32]. Borders exist "only as a means to play sides off"[33]. The collective mind is kept divided by race, colour, class, creed, religion and income so that it cannot breach the jamming vibration[34].

Modified Hegelian dialectic and stepping stones

The 1995 book gives the divide-and-rule method a philosophical name that The Biggest Secret does not use. The Global Elite and the Round Table use a "modified Hegelian dialectic": create thesis and antithesis (capitalism and communism, then fascism), bring them into conflict, and harvest the synthesis they wanted (the League of Nations, the UN, the European Community). Icke calls it "managed conflict" and "controlled choice", and names Marx a front of the Illuminati-derived League of the Just[35]. The Grand Orient lodges infiltrate two extremes and play them off[36]; in Northern Ireland it is "Kissingerism" or "Harrimanism"[27]; in Britain socialism and capitalism were fused into one force[37]; the planned "freeing" of the Soviet bloc applies the same formula to the Cold War[38].

Its companion is the "stepping-stones" method: each stage toward centralisation is sold as an unconnected event, "like slowly boiling a bath"[39]. Jean Monnet's supranational authorities were to administer until governments had to admit integration was accomplished[39]; the Common Market was sold as a trade zone and the British people led "slowly and unconsciously" into Europe[37]. Decision-making moves from towns to national parliaments, then to Europe, then to global government[38]; ID cards lead to bar-coding[13]. Regional loyalties replace national ones before a world dictatorship, as Icke says Stalin described and the Nazis also planned[39]. "A calculated long-term strategy will go on being presented as singular events unconnected with each other"[38].

Money created out of nothing

"Banking, the creation and manipulation of money, is the most important instrument of Brotherhood control"[40]. Money is lent into existence at interest and seized as real assets on default. Booms and busts are engineered to transfer wealth, stock markets manipulated, governments made to borrow instead of issuing interest-free money, and the Third World trapped in debt and privatisation. The sting runs unchanged from Sumer and Babylon through the Templars and the Venetians to the Bank of England, the BIS, the Federal Reserve and the IMF[41]. Leaders who issue interest-free money, such as Lincoln and JFK, are killed[3].

The 1995 book calls banking "the foundation of the conspiracy" and gives the mechanism in detail. Banks lend "funny money", non-existent credit, at interest, so "debt equals control"[4]. Fractional reserve banking lets them lend about ten times their deposits, and in the Third World 26 to 66 times[42]. The Federal Reserve swaps government bonds for printed money and then uses the bonds as reserves to create fifteen times more credit, so taxpayers pay interest on money that never existed; the "Federal" name and the "nationalised" Bank of England create an illusion of public ownership[43]. The National Debt was born with the Bank of England under William of Orange[44]. Nathan Rothschild's Waterloo coup (false news, panic selling, secret buying) is the model for engineered market panics[4]. Bankers cause booms and depressions by expanding or withdrawing credit and raising rates, then repossess property[43]; they deny a company loans, buy its shares cheap, then approve the loans and load it with debt[43]. The "inflation" myth of "too much money" justifies withdrawing money, when prices really reflect debt[43]. Thirteen people on David Rockefeller's International Banking Commission in Geneva, with the Bank for International Settlements, set world financial policy, including the Volcker/Thatcher/Reagan monetarism that sent Third World debt sky-high[45]. Paul Volcker was installed at the Fed on Rockefeller's instructions[46]. Income tax, imposed fraudulently in 1913, gave control of government income, and the bankers publicly opposed their own Federal Reserve bill so people would think it curbed them[4]. Money is "always available" for the wars the bankers want[43]. Lincoln (greenbacks) and Kennedy (interest-free notes) were murdered for challenging the system: "interest-free money is the Elite's worst nightmare"[47].

In the later books, "Control of the creation and circulation of 'money' is pivotal to holding The System together", with fractional-reserve credit, engineered booms, busts, bailouts and bail-ins (2008, 2020), and central banks answering to the BIS, "in other words, the Global Cult"[48]. Icke's remedy is government-issued, interest-free money: "We fix the money hoax or nothing can change"[49]. The 2021 book adds a programmable, expiring digital currency on the Chinese model, and a meagre "guaranteed income" conditional on compliance[50].

Debt, 'free' trade and the money police

The 1995 book adds the post-war global machinery that The Biggest Secret only names. The World Bank, the IMF and GATT were agreed at the Bretton Woods conference of 1944, designed by John Maynard Keynes and the communist spies Harry Dexter White and Frank Coe[51]. Development loans force people off the land, destroy self-sufficiency and enrich contractors such as Bechtel; IMF "restructuring" cuts food, health and education subsidies and forces cash-crop exports; overseas aid bribes corrupt politicians[51]. Petrodollars from the engineered oil shock were recycled through Elite banks into fractional-reserve loans to the Third World at flexible rates, then rates were raised to force default, and forgiveness is offered in exchange for land and resource rights: "debt for equity", "debt for nature" and the World Conservation Bank launched by Edmond de Rothschild, David Rockefeller and Michael Sweatman at the 1987 World Wilderness Conference[52]. Kissinger arranged IMF austerity to topple the Colombo Declaration leaders such as Indira Gandhi[11]. Icke calls debt "eugenics" against non-white peoples: manufactured poverty and hunger cull populations[53]. "Free" trade, from Adam Smith and the repeal of the Corn Laws through GATT, the World Trade Organization, NAFTA and APEC, is "the freedom of the strong to exploit the weak" and to destroy diversity of production[51]; the media portrayed a GATT collapse as a disaster to push it through[51]. Privatisation under Thatcher and Major, advised by N. M. Rothschild, hands essential services to the banking elite, with ministers passing through a revolving door onto the bank's board[54]. Food is controlled through patented seeds and Plant Breeder's Rights, GATT and five food multinationals such as Unilever and Nestle[14]. "Poverty exists by design"[14]. Currency crises are engineered through the Rothschild frontman George Soros to create the need for a single currency[38]. The oil cartel, the Seven Sisters, split between the Rockefellers and Rothschilds, controls price and supply and topples governments, as in the 1953 coup against Mossadegh[51].

Bloodline selection, interbreeding and genetic records

Leaders are "reared and selected from birth". Genetic records (kept by the Brotherhood and the Mormons) identify those easiest to "plug in" to the reptilians, and the candidate with the most royal genes wins[55]. The families interbreed with cousins and half-sisters because the key gene passes through the female line. Thousands of children born outside marriage are secretly documented and raised as "ordinary kids" who rise to power, like Clinton and Hitler. Breeders, brooders, child-swapping and fostering hide that the same bloodlines fill every position[56].

The 1995 book describes succession without the reptilian genetics. Those at the top pick successors of the right calibre, knowledge of the agenda passes down certain families, children are introduced to the secret societies, and "the same streams of consciousness" reincarnate along chosen family lines[57]. Banking families such as the Rothschilds, Warburgs and Schiffs intermarry to keep genes and money in the family; Eastern Establishment money marries "blueblood" genes; the Darwin-Wedgwood line kept science "in the family"[58]. Each Elite generation is taught that it has a birthright and genetic right to rule, and so it does: "the 'master' and the 'slave' create each other"[25]. Its genetic story is older and off-planet: the Fourth-Dimensional extraterrestrials rewired human DNA from twelve helixes to two, and, per the UK insider, the Melchedekans created the white race as a slave race, with an inbred stream forming the Illuminati families[59].

Possession, shape-shifting and ritual initiation

From the lower fourth dimension the reptilians possess bodies of their bloodlines as "overcoats", moving to another body when one wears out. Black-magic initiation vibrationally synchronises initiates with them[60]. Hitler was "plugged in" by Eckart's rituals and became a "pied piper" transmitting their vibration to crowds[61].

The 1995 book tells the same story of possession with the Prison Warders in place of the reptilians, and without shape-shifting. The Luciferic Consciousness "locks into" anyone in its frequency range like a radio station and becomes their "Mission Control"[62]. Masonic blood oaths and the invented Hiram Abif ritual, and the Golden Dawn's rituals, attract negative energies that allow "possession by the Warders"[63]. The Prison Warder consciousness took over the psyches of Hitler and the architects of Nazism, and Hitler channelled it to crowds on the "Pied Piper principle"[8]. Elite members use the black occult to contact extraterrestrial "supermen"[35], and black magic is "the principal vehicle" of the Prison Warder consciousness[27]. The Prison Warders feed thoughts into compatible minds and pass instructions down the pyramid, so the Global Elite "think they are in control, but they are not"[64]. Icke says he felt this consciousness himself for 15 to 20 minutes after sitting next to Jimmy Carter, until he opened his heart and it left[65].

Satanic ritual, sacrifice and blood-drinking

Sacrifice, especially of children, on vortex points and ritual dates (April 19th, Beltane, Samhain, the equinoxes, full moons) feeds the reptilians on fear and life-force. It lets them hold human form, synchronises initiates with them, and lowers the Earth's vibration. Wars are "mass blood rituals"[66]. Rituals are protected by police, military guards and courts, and the victims are silenced, drugged and discredited[67].

The 1995 book has the energy economy but less of the ritual detail. The Fourth-Dimensional controllers feed on the negative energy of fear, guilt, anger and war ("a war becomes a banquet"), and ancient sacrifices such as the Aztecs' served the same need[68]. "Satanists run the world", and Satanic sects infiltrate the CIA and US Military Intelligence[8]. Himmler's SS worshipped Satan, Lucifer and Set at Wewelsburg[8]. Dark esoteric ceremonies use orgasm with negative intent to open the energy centres to malevolent lower-vibrational consciousness[69].

In Everything You Need to Know human sacrifice continues in secret to feed Archons, Reptilians, Greys and demons, and staged disasters and massacres, especially in the "Season of Sacrifice" from March to Beltane, are open sacrifices; "Wars and covertly-orchestrated terrorist attacks like 9/11 are really satanic rituals and blood fests"[70]. In Perceptions of a Renegade Mind, "Wars and mass murder are to Sabbatians a collective blood sacrifice ritual"[71].

Mind control

"Mind control is the very foundation of the reptilian control of the human race"[72]. Trauma-based MPD/DID programming, built on Satanic ritual and torture, splits the mind into compartments opened by trigger words, signs, sounds or colours. It produces couriers, 'Presidential Models', programmed assassins and patsies, and mind-controlled soldiers (Delta Force, the SAS)[73]. Bloodline children are programmed from the womb, the Moon Child ceremony and the "Grande Dame" bond onward: "the mind controlled manipulating the mind controlled"[74]. Mass mind control works through advertising, the media, education, drugs, fluoride, vaccines, flashing lights at discos, ELF and microwave transmissions and microchips[75].

The 1995 book traces the CIA programmes (MKUltra, Monarch, Bluebird, Artichoke, MKDelta, MKNaomi) to Ewen Cameron's depatterning and "psychic driving" and to Allen Dulles, with Nazi scientists smuggled into the US; the CIA, formed from the OSS under British Intelligence supervision, was "formed by Nazis, for Nazis"[76]. It adds electronic methods: Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Control and Electronic Dissolution of Memory, ELF and microwave broadcasts that cause illness, "silent killer" discs that induce fast cancers in unwanted politicians, and a mind-jamming frequency broadcast at Montauk, described in Preston Nichols and Peter Moon's The Montauk Project[77]. Jonestown was, Icke says, an MKUltra experiment[78]. The endpoint is the Microchip implant, linked to a global computer and able to send messages back and modify behaviour[79].

The later books extend the picture. El-ite networks "are mind control networks", and MKUltra and Project Monarch were run with Paperclip Nazis such as Mengele ("Dr Green")[80]. The techniques are now applied to whole populations through the "Covid" rules: masks (an MKUltra device), isolation, contradictory rules designed to destroy self-respect, and "trigger" vocabulary borrowed from trauma-based programming[81]. Children are drugged with Ritalin, fulfilling Huxley's pharmacological "final revolution"[82].

Mass hypnosis, media and subliminal programming

Where The Biggest Secret stresses trauma programming, And the Truth stresses mass programming. Nazi rallies were "ritual mass hypnosis" (symbols, colours, slogans as mantras, repetition), and the media and advertising use the same techniques today[8]. The media hypnotise by repeating the same themes until they set the criteria of what is credible and sane, and turn people into spectators distracted by sport and soaps, as Protocol 13 of the "Illuminati Protocols" (Icke's name for the Protocols of the Elders of Zion) prescribes[76]. Subliminal advertising (the Tachistoscope, messages under music), heartbeat-timed advertisements, and messages riding on TV carrier waves can prime riots and sway elections[76]. The document Silent Weapons For A Quiet War, found in 1986 and said to describe a "quiet war" declared by the international elite in 1954 (the year Bilderberg first met), is Icke's blueprint: keep the public ignorant, distracted and emotionally assaulted, with rewritten history and "junk food for thought"; he thinks it Tavistock-inspired[83]. The Tavistock Institute and its US siblings such as the Stanford Research Institute produce "future shocks" that overload the collective mind until it switches off, and manufacture youth trends[13]. Opinion polls direct opinion with loaded questions rather than measure it[13]. Buzz-word programming equates "freedom", "democracy" and "parliament", and people who think they are free are easiest to control[84]. Fake channelled messages broadcast on channellers' wavelengths (Operation Bluebeam) create dependency on rescuers[85].

Media control and ridicule

Bankers fund the media, advertisers pressure it, barons appoint editors, and editors appoint journalists. Outlets that tell the truth are starved of advertising[86]. Ridicule of truth-tellers ("the truth is too bizarre to believe"), conflicting reports and the "anti-Semitic" smear crush exposure[87]. Hollywood conditions mass perception[88].

The "One Media State" of And the Truth is built the same way. The Rothschilds owned the Wolff, Havas and Reuters news agencies and used them to whip up war fever in 1914[28]; the Round Table controlled The Times[35]. Interlocking directorates put the same Rockefeller, Rothschild and Morgan people, and CFR and Trilateral members, on the boards of "competing" NBC, ABC and CBS; the Hollinger Group, Murdoch and Time Warner concentrate ownership[13]. Media owners (Katharine Graham, Conrad Black, Agnelli, Murdoch) attend Bilderberg while their outlets never report it[39]. Engineered events are reported through official sources, so journalists need not be controlled; the official version dominates at the height of coverage and corrections are marginalised[89]. The Washington Post pulled the Mena exposé in January 1995[90]. Press "watchdogs" are chaired by Rothschild men[13]. The media make and break politicians and destabilise targets, including the monarchy and Prince Charles[91]. The "anti-Semitism" smear, run by the Anti-Defamation League and B'nai B'rith, is used on anyone who mentions the Rothschilds, and the Robot Radicals brand researchers "Nazi" or "racist"[92]. Icke says he experienced this himself when he was banned from the Green Party conference in 1994 and when Jon Ronson helped get him dropped by the BBC[93]. The "free press" is finally a mirror: "tabloid minds create tabloid media"[13].

In Everything You Need to Know the chain runs from the Web through the media owners, editors and journalists to the public, and "fake news" was launched in late 2016 as a pretext to censor the genuine alternative media[94]. In Perceptions of a Renegade Mind repetition plus censorship is "the greatest form of mind control", and the Cult owned almost all of the media and Silicon Valley by the start of 2020[95].

Religion and materialist science as twin prisons

Religion is "the most powerful form of mass mind control yet invented". It turns God into a man, teaches fear, guilt and hell, gives initiates the esoteric code while the masses take the texts literally, suppresses female energy and sexuality, and bans reincarnation[96]. Materialist science ("this-world-is-all-there-is") was created by the same initiates, who knew it was false, to catch those leaving religion[97].

The 1995 book says the same in its own terms. The Fourth-Dimensional manipulators created the dogmatic religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) from ET "special effects" to close minds[59], recycled the same saviour and virgin-mother stories under new names[24], and, when religion waned, introduced materialist science and Humanism to deny any afterlife[64]. Darwin was the frontman; the Lunar Society and the Rosicrucian-founded Royal Society ran the "coup on the human mind", and debunkers such as CSICOP defend it[98]. Secret societies hold back esoteric knowledge to create a "two-speed science"[76]. Science, politics and economics are religion's successors, with new priests to whom people concede the right to think[69]. The medical establishment, controlled by drug companies (60% of the US drug industry owned by the Rockefellers, Icke says), teaches Darwin's body-as-machine model and suppresses cancer cures and self-healing[99].

In Everything You Need to Know religion is "the greatest form of mind control ever invented", a "God Program" through which nearly all religions worship the Demiurge; scientism, politics, medicine and progressive "global warming orthodoxy" are religions of the same kind[100]. The Cult plans "to delete all religions for a one-world religion of Cult Satanism"[71].

Fear, guilt and unworthiness (psychological fascism)

The central spiritual method of And the Truth. Fear and guilt are "the vehicles of human control" and the two leading weapons of religion[101]. Programming people as sinners and unworthy is "the most powerful and effective of the mind manipulations", because people broadcast their self-image and so create their own subjugation[25]. Icke calls religion and the other manipulating empires "psychological fascism"[102]. The Prison Warder consciousness induces inner chaos, which is broadcast into the Earth's energy field and maintains the vibratory prison[69]. Averell Harriman and Henry Kissinger use fear to start wars, telling each country of the other's invented aggression, and resentment keeps conflicts going[69]. Sexuality is deliberately distorted "at the Prison Warders level" (clerical celibacy from 1074, for example)[69]. Conformity is control: "the pressure to conform is simply the pressure to control"[69]. Generational programming passes it on: once one generation is programmed, parents and leaders pass the beliefs on unknowingly[103]. The Biggest Secret makes fear the reptilians' frequency (see Fear below); And the Truth makes it the collective human broadcast that sustains the prison, so that "we are" the real Prison Warders[25].

Education, think tanks and tax-exempt foundations

The 1995 book describes the education and policy machinery in more detail than The Biggest Secret. Tax-exempt foundations (Rockefeller, Carnegie, Ford), exposed by the Reece Committee in 1953, fund centralised control in the name of charity, slant research, deny grants to non-conformers, fund false history and even planned war to change American life[104]. The Carnegie Endowment and the Rockefeller Foundation took over education and the teaching of history[28]. In Britain the secret All Souls Group at Rhodes House, Oxford, coordinates education, and the Rhodes Scholarships and an Oxford pipeline (Wilson, Heath, Jenkins, Healey, Grimond, Thorpe) supply the leaders[105]. Education "turns out clones" of the system: teachers are trained to believe what they teach, "get 'em young"[83]. The Round Table controlled the writing of British imperial history, "who controls history controls the present"[35]. Think tanks such as the Brookings Institution, the Round Table's RIIA and CFR, and the Council on Foreign Relations' planning groups recruit New World Order supporters and place them in power; government posts are filled "by calling New York"[106]. UNESCO's Associated Schools Project teaches "Earth patriotism" in 3,200 schools[78].

In Everything You Need to Know schooling traps children in the left brain, sorts governors from governed, and produces the "Postage Stamp Consensus"; university debt is a means of control[107]. Philanthropic billionaires such as Gates and Soros fund the agenda on the Rockefeller model[108].

Hoarding and destroying knowledge

The mystery schools keep the knowledge of the Sun, planets, energy grid, mind and mono-atomic gold for initiates. Libraries (Alexandria) and native cultures are destroyed, the Vatican vaults hoard what survives, and official history is "a fairy story used to control current perception"[109]. The people's own esoteric underground (witches, gypsies, psychics) is persecuted by the Brotherhood's[110].

The version in And the Truth: "don't let your victims know what you know". Graded initiation gives each level more knowledge than the one below, and the Prison Warders know more than all; the smallest breach of the mystery-school oath was punishable by death[24]. There are two levels of knowledge, a flawed public version and a secret one held by the Elite[111]. Francis Bacon hid codes in Shakespeare's plays[24]. The Nazis "pulled up the ladder" on esoteric knowledge, and materialist science and religion ridicule it[8]. Free energy technology that uses the Earth's magnetic field is suppressed by the oil cartel, and "problems are unsolvable only because solutions are kept from us"[112]. Books that tell too much are withdrawn: Carroll Quigley's Tragedy And Hope[113].

Symbols, sacred geometry and the energy grid

The Brotherhood signs its work with a "secret language". The lighted torch (the Statue of Liberty, the eternal flames at JFK's grave and above Diana's tunnel), the obelisk, the dome, the pyramid and eye, the number 13, the eagle, the owl, the fleur-de-lis, the dove, the double square, the red rose and corporate logos all carry it[114]. Obelisks and domes placed on vortex points and sacred-geometry street plans (Washington DC, the City of London, Paris) generate and shape energy fields. Ritual and symbolism are "a spell cast on the human mind and emotions"[115].

The 1995 book reads the same symbols: the pyramid and all-seeing eye (which it calls the symbol of the Luciferic Consciousness), the swastika, the lamb, the apron and the obelisk on the Great Seal of the United States, the dollar bill, the Stars and Stripes and the Statue of Liberty[116]; 13 and 33 in logos such as the UN's and those of Procter and Gamble and Exxon[8]. Events are timed and places chosen on esoteric principles[8]. The Brotherhood has long harnessed ley lines and sacred geometry[24]; controlling grid points affects the mass mind, as with the UN building over a sacred spring and Geneva[8].

Icke's Everything You Need to Know adds Saturn's symbols (the hexagram, black cube, all-seeing eye, 666, the Sigil of Saturn, Baphomet) as broadcasts of Saturn's frequency that "lock human perception into the Saturn frequency band"; "signs and symbols run the world"[117].

Poisoning the Earth's energy grid

The 1995 book turns the grid into one of the Prison Warders' five strategies (see below). The black magicians of the Global Elite place roads, factories, power stations and transmitters on the Earth's acupuncture points and chakra vortices, such as the road and village through the Avebury stone circles, to pour negative energy in and suppress the planet's frequency, with decision-makers fed their thoughts by "the Fourth Dimensional manipulators"[64]. Wars at grid hotspots spread negative energy round the planet: whoever made war with Iraq (ancient Sumer and Babylon) "sure as heck knew the implications for the energy grid"[64]. The equivalent in The Biggest Secret is the placing of obelisks and domes on vortex points and ritual sacrifice on them[118].

The Prison Warders' five-point strategy

In And the Truth Icke sets out the whole method as the Prison Warders would see it[64]. (1) Create religions that tell people what to think, and when religion wanes introduce a materialist science and Humanism that deny any afterlife. (2) Ridicule and condemn awakened teachers while they live, and after they die turn their words on their head in a religion in their name. (3) Keep minds closed and confused through the media, business, politics and a money system whose survival pressure leaves no time to think, and divide people by race, colour, creed, religion and income. (4) As the threat grows, accelerate global control of government, banking, currency, information and the military, microchip the population, and activate the "dirty tricks agencies" to brand alternative movements as dangerous cults. (5) Poison the Earth's energy grid with roads, transmitters and wars at key points such as Avebury and Iraq[64]. He adds that the Elite have flying-saucer technology and may stage an "alien" threat, manipulate weather through magnetic fields, and use global warming as a diversion from the real cause of changing weather, the Photon Belt and rising frequencies[64].

Manipulating time

The Gregorian Calendar ("the calendar of the Grigori", 1582) removed the 13th moon and put human rhythms out of sync with nature. Greenwich Mean Time tunes the collective mind to manufactured time, and a staged Millennium at the Greenwich zero line was planned[118]. Dates and numbers are chosen for their vibration: 13, 17, 33 and May 1st[119]. And the Truth gives the same numerology (13 and 33) and says Elite events are timed on esoteric principles[8]; the Bavarian Illuminati were founded on 1 May 1776[4].

Placement, blackmail and front men

The Brotherhood puts agents in power (Bush, Kissinger, Blair) and "gofers" in front (Al Fayed for the Sultan of Brunei, Tiny Rowland for the Windsors), and grooms politicians through Bilderberg[120]. It compromises leaders by sexual blackmail with slaves and hidden cameras (Michael Dante, the Order of the Rose, Operation Brownstone)[121], rewards operatives with honours[122], and binds forces, MPs and intelligence officers by oath to the monarch[123].

The 1995 book supplies many examples. Front companies and "frontmen" (Morgan, Rockefeller, Peabody, Kuhn, Loeb; Soros, Goldsmith, Cornfeld) hide the Rothschilds' control, which "let it never appear in its own name"[124]. Leaders are steered by advisers: Wilson by Colonel House, Roosevelt and Churchill by Baruch and Harriman, every leader at Versailles by Rothschild-Elite advisers[125]. The Trilateral Commission selected Jimmy Carter, wrote his speeches and staffed his administration[46]; David Rockefeller summoned Clinton to the 1991 Bilderberg meeting[90]. Presidents come off a "production line" with blackmail files held in reserve[90]. Basil Zaharoff gained a hold on Lloyd George through an affair with his wife: "when you have got someone by the balls, their hearts and minds will follow"[126]. Skull and Bones binds members with a naked coffin ritual and lifelong sexual confessions[27]. In Britain safe seats let the Elite place anyone in Parliament, party whips enforce votes, and background staff hold the real power[84]. Honours reward agents: the Queen gave Kissinger an honorary knighthood in 1995, and the Nobel Peace Prize serves as cover[52].

One Party States and controlled opposition

The account of politics in And the Truth. Parliamentary "democracy" is a smokescreen: the US and UK are "One Party States" whose main parties agree on fundamentals, and the phoney democracies that replaced the monarchies give only the illusion of people power[127]. Bush, Clinton, Gore, Gingrich and Dole all serve the same agenda[90]; in 2004 both candidates were Skull and Bones initiates, "two masks on the same face"[128]. Infiltrators trained in "controlled schizophrenia" pose as opponents[84], and a nameless subversive organisation, per Kitty Little, infiltrates parties to fuse them into a centre party[37]. "Whoever wants to do something controversial controls the opposition": the Liberty League against Roosevelt, an FBI agent among Nation of Islam officials, violent groups such as Class War and the Animal Liberation Front that discredit peaceful protest[129]. The ADL and Mossad run controlled far-Right groups (Combat 18, the ADL's "Nazi" Daniel Burros), and Searchlight is a fake opponent[32]. A two-wing campaign has Robot Right groups "support" a target so that Robot Radical groups can attack him as a far-Right tool[130]. Leaders who cross the Elite can be removed "democratically": Thatcher was undermined by the media and the "men in grey suits" after the Bilderberg Group decided in 1989 she had to go[9]. Icke's remedy is a mass boycott of elections and local economies outside the system[30].

Assassination, scapegoats and cover-up

Those who threaten the Agenda are removed, bloodline or not[131]. The pattern is always the same: security is reduced (Prouty's rule), a scapegoat is named at once and eliminated or discredited, and the killers investigate themselves (the Warren Commission; the Diana inquiry under Hervé Stephan)[132]. Hits are subcontracted for deniability (the OAS, BOSS, the IRA, P2, Group 13), cameras and radio are disabled, the medical response is delayed and the autopsy controlled[133]. Whistleblowers are stung, jailed or killed[134].

The 1995 book presents the same pattern across a longer list: Franz Ferdinand (killed by the Elite-controlled Black Hand after the Freemasons decided his death) and Rasputin[28], Lincoln[4], JFK, Bobby Kennedy, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King, whose security was deliberately withdrawn[135], Enrico Mattei[51], Aldo Moro, Pope John Paul I and Roberto Calvi[33]. Every event is presented as a one-off by a "lone assassin, no conspiracy"[7]. The cover stories are the lone nutter, a controlled terrorist group, a plane crash, suicide, an induced heart attack or an accident[136]. Dirty work is contracted to foreign teams (Mossad's use of the OAS against Kennedy), decoy groups muddy the waters, a patsy with a manufactured persona is prepared (Oswald as a pro-Castro activist), witnesses die conveniently, and beneficiaries and Freemasons sit on the investigation[137]. Programmed "lone assassins" (John Lennon's killer, John Hinckley, Sirhan Sirhan) create fear and harsher laws[138]. Whistleblowers and critics are framed or jailed (Colin Wallace, Jonathan May), and defence scientists die as "suicides"[139]. Whitewash inquiries and pardons follow (the Tower Commission, the Rockefeller Commission, Ford's pardon of Nixon)[140].

The 'cult' label and New Age manipulation

AT-only. The Elite engineered events such as Jonestown (1978) and Waco (1993) so that "cult" would mean dangerous nutters, and then apply it to anyone challenging the status quo[78]. The three tactics are to set up and control a cult, to infiltrate a group with agents provocateurs, or to blame innocents[78]. The "cult-busters" (the Cult Awareness Network, which Icke calls an ADL front, with the MKUltra figures Louis Jolyon West and Martin Orne) are the other controlled side, while Elite-friendly "cults" such as the Moonies, Scientology and Moral Re-Armament flourish[78]. In the New Age, world government is sold as "Oneness" through gurus and "Masters": Benjamin Creme's Maitreya, Alice Bailey's Lucis Trust (formerly the Lucifer Trust) and World Goodwill, the Brahma Kumaris and Sai Baba, the Raelian Foundation[78]. The concept of Hidden Masters may itself be a Prison Warder route to control those who have rejected religion and science (repeats this)[141]. Psychic broadcasts get the spiritual to hand their thinking to "masters" or an "Ashtar Command"[85]. Movements that once questioned, including the New Age and Green movements, harden into dogma[130].

Compartmentalised pyramids

Each institution is "a smaller pyramid; only the peak knows the whole; all organisations fuse into the same pyramid peak", like Russian dolls. Lower degrees are deliberately misled[142]. "Organisations within organisations" let one force work through apparently unconnected agencies[143].

The 1995 book says the same: every organisation is a compartmentalised pyramid in which only the few at the top know the agenda[36]. The Round Table's inner Society of the Elect knew the aim and its outer Circle of Friends did not; the CFR and the "secret government" work in concentric circles[144]. Masonry's lower three degrees are "fodder and front"[36]. The Cold War was fought genuinely at the lower levels of the CIA, British Intelligence and the KGB while the top knew it was a sham[27]. Agencies coordinated so that "no one sees the whole" killed Kennedy[145]. Most members serve unknowingly, and "not everyone who is a member of these organisations is a conscious manipulator"[26].

Drugs

Drugs are used to destroy societies so they can be taken over (the Opium Wars against China), to fund covert operations and elections, and to build organised crime (Prohibition). Those fronting the drug war distribute the drugs[146]. "Without the drug trade the world economy would collapse"[146].

The 1995 book agrees and adds names. Palmerston, the East India Company and Bulwer-Lytton forced opium on China[147]; the Russell, Delano and Keswick families built fortunes on it[27]. Prohibition, backed by the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts and Warburgs, built organised crime[84]. The CIA ran drugs in Vietnam, created the Medellin cartel in 1981 and, with Mossad and British Intelligence, supervises the world drug market; the money is laundered through HSBC, the Nugan Hand Bank, BCCI, Swiss banks and the gold and diamond trade of the Rothschilds and Oppenheimers[148]. The CIA, NSA and Federal Reserve "Inner Fed" is funded by hard drugs[149]. The War on drugs is "another phoney war", serving money, the erosion of freedoms and the sapping of the young[150].

Eugenics, population control and "conservation"

Engineered famine, laboratory-created disease, war, sterilisation, vaccination and "population control" are used against the Third World and "useless eaters"[151]. The WWF and the environmental movement seize land and serve as bases for mercenaries[122].

The 1995 book traces the master-race agenda from Francis Galton, Thomas Robert Malthus and Darwin through the Harriman, Rockefeller and Bush funding of eugenics, Cold Spring Harbor, the 1932 New York congress, and Ernst Rudin's Rockefeller-funded work at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Genealogy and Demography that became the Nazi sterilisation law[152]. After the war it was rebranded "population control": William H. Draper Jr's Draper Fund-Population Crisis Committee, the Rockefeller-Dulles Population Council (merged with the American Eugenics Society), Planned Parenthood (founded at the offices of the British Eugenics Society), and USAID-funded sterilisation of non-white countries under George Bush[153]. Kissinger's NSSM 200 and the Office of Population Affairs, Icke claims, engineered civil wars to cull populations (Cambodia, Central America, Africa), and the World Bank makes development money conditional on birth control[154]. Paul R. Ehrlich proposed sterilants in water and food, and the Report from Iron Mountain listed applied eugenics among the substitutes for war[155]. The environment is the pretext: the Club of Rome's rigged Limits to Growth, the Global 2000 report, the Brundtland Report Our Common Future (Gro Harlem Brundtland) and Maurice Strong's Rio Earth Summit use a real but Elite-inflicted and exaggerated crisis to justify world government and population control[156]. Rockefeller and oil money funds the "anti-establishment" greens (Friends of the Earth, Worldwatch) and turns them against nuclear power[157].

Private armies and the planned coup

London-based security firms (the Corps of Commissionaires, Defence Systems Ltd, Sandline International, Executive Outcomes, Control Risks), staffed by ex-SAS men, are the Windsor-Black Nobility private army for a planned global coup. FEMA camps wait in the US[158]. And the Truth describes the same end from the state side: FEMA, executive orders and Delta Forces for martial law against opponents of the New World Order, the UN-NATO Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, whose exercise deployed riot troops from Germany to a UK "crisis spot", Europol and the secret K4 Committee, and the turning of the FBI, the military and MI5 into domestic police[159].

Fear

"Fear is the four-letter word that controls the world"[20]. Fear holds humanity at the lower-fourth-dimensional frequency where the reptilians can connect with it, and the countdown to 2012 is planned as a crescendo of fear events[160]. In And the Truth, fear of nuclear war (the Iron Curtain, the Berlin Wall, the Pugwash Conferences' MAD policy) was used to push world government[6]; fear is the energy the Fourth-Dimensional controllers feed on[68]; "fear of speaking out is the most effective information suppression"[69]. The Report from Iron Mountain proposed replacing war with an alien menace, pollution and fictitious enemies to keep people dependent on "saviours"[161], and the Elite make the world so awful that people will follow anyone promising a new one, as with Hitler[38].

Totalitarian Tiptoe

Step-by-step progress from A to Z, "complete Archontic enslavement", with each step presented as unconnected so that the destination is never seen. Icke's examples are the EU, which the Tiptoe transformed from the EEC as Jean Monnet planned in 1952; the UN's evolution into world government; the erosion of parental power; the move from "holdables" (smartphones) to "wearables" to "implantables" (microchips); and the road to a legal "demise pill" through euthanasia laws[162]. In 2020 it became "the Totalitarian Sprint"[163]. It works "as one unit" with Problem-Reaction-Solution[15].

Perception programming: The Program, the Postage Stamp and Phantom Self

"Control perception and you control everything"[164]. The Program downloads a fake sense of reality from cradle to grave, through parents, religion, schools, media and now smart technology, and the population "largely programs itself"[164]. Education produces the Postage Stamp Consensus, a collective standing wave into which people are "entrained"[49]. Self-identity with labels (the Phantom Self) cuts people off from Infinite Awareness and creates the divisions that divide and rule needs[165]. In Perceptions of a Renegade Mind, "The whole foundation of human control and oppression is control of perception"[163].

Divide and rule: political correctness, progressives, identity politics and Woke

Icke's Everything You Need to Know calls political correctness "psychological warfare": an El-lite tool that gets the target population to censor itself[166]. It came out of the Rothschild- and Zionist-linked Frankfurt School and produces a hierarchy of victimhood[166]. "Progressives", "the new Establishment", enforce it, along with identity politics and "antifascist fascism" (Antifa), so that the population is "so at war with itself on endless fronts that they never see the same strings controlling them all"[167]. In Perceptions of a Renegade Mind the same programme is Woke, "a Cult creation founded on inversion", funded by billionaires who "are not Woke at all"[168]. The aim is racial and class division ("It is indeed not a race war but a class war") and the destruction of the family[169].

Staged terror and false flags

In Everything You Need to Know modern terrorism is engineered by the El-lite through military-intelligence networks (Operation Gladio, Northwoods, Mossad, the FBI), with mind-controlled patsies, "found passports", simultaneous drills and crisis actors. Its purpose is to frighten people into surrendering freedoms and to build the military and police stratum of the Hunger Games Society[170]. Examples are 9/11, 7/7, the Manchester Arena bombing and the chemical attacks blamed on Assad[171]. "The West created the terrorism it claims to fight"[172].

Engineered mass migration

In Everything You Need to Know mass migration into Europe and the US is "systematically manufactured". It was foreseen by Richard Day in 1969 and planned by the Frankfurt School and the Kalergi plan, and it is run through Soros-funded NGOs, the EU and Blair's secret policy. Its aim is to dilute cultures, delete nation states into regions and trigger civil and race wars in which "the slaves fight the slaves"[173]. In Perceptions of a Renegade Mind it is a Soros-funded "Ordo Ab Chao" to change America's demographics, spreading gangs such as MS-13[174]. Icke cites the UN Refugee Agency's figures that most Mediterranean migrants are economic, the imam Sheikh Muhammad Ayed urging Muslims to breed with Europeans and conquer, and the Nigerian "Vikings" gang working with the Mafia[175].

The climate hoax as pretext

In Everything You Need to Know the "fake human-caused global warming narrative" justifies transforming global society through the UN, de-industrialisation, Agenda 21 and 2030 and the herding of people into "human settlement zones"[176]. In Perceptions of a Renegade Mind "'Covid' and 'climate' are fundamentally connected" hoaxes, and the Great Reset is the same "solution" to both[177]. The El-lite are also changing the weather with technology: chemtrails, HAARP and weather warfare[178].

The "Covid" operation: testing, fear and lockdown

The central method of Perceptions of a Renegade Mind. A "virus" that was never isolated is made real by repetition. A PCR test amplified to produce "cases" does the rest, together with the relabelling of flu and other deaths and financial incentives[179]. The fear justifies lockdowns that destroy independent livelihoods and a "vaccine" that was "the real bioweapon"[180]. "You don't have to make something happen you only have make people believe that it's happening"[181]. Variants are "computer-generated fictions" to justify endless lockdowns and boosters[182].

Psychological warfare: nudge, reframing and behavioural science

In the 2021 book psychologists, not doctors, run "Covid" policy. The Behavioural Insights Team ("Nudge Unit"), SPI-B, SAGE, the 77th Brigade and the NHS behaviour-change units "target psychology"[183]. SPI-B's March 2020 paper called for using the media to raise the "perceived level of personal threat"[183]. Lockdown isolation is "deliberate torture" meant to dismantle and rebuild the mind[183]. Common Purpose "reframes" officials, police and NHS staff to see the population as the enemy[169].

Censorship: "fake news", fact-checkers and Silicon Valley

In Everything You Need to Know the "fake news" campaign, launched in late 2016, is a pretext to censor the genuine alternative media. Search algorithms, advertiser boycotts, fact-checkers funded by Spider fronts (Soros, Gates, Google), government "cyber troops" (the 77th Brigade, DARPA) and censorship laws carry it out; the Spanish government arrested puppeteers for mocking the police[184]. The Internet "was always meant to be a total surveillance and control system"[15]. In Perceptions of a Renegade Mind the Internet was built with military technology, allowed to run free until it was indispensable, handed to DARPA- and In-Q-Tel-funded monopolies, then censored, in time for "Covid"[183].

Frequency, radiation and the Smart Grid

In Everything You Need to Know the Archontic distortion feeds off radiation and is turning the atmosphere into "one seamless electromagnetic field" through transmitter towers, Wi-Fi, smart meters, 5G, HAARP (pioneered by Bernard Eastlund) and the Space Fence[185]. In Perceptions of a Renegade Mind, "the foundation of all that the Cult does is frequency"[186]. The Smart Grid is to connect everything, human minds included, to a centrally controlled AI[187].

Transhumanism and the synthetic human

In Everything You Need to Know the ultimate goal is "the complete subjugation and control of human awareness leading to its eventual deletion via technology", by connecting the mind to an AI "cloud"[188]. The steps are smart dust and nanotechnology spread by chemtrails, Morgellons, falling sperm counts and the transgender agenda[189]. In Perceptions of a Renegade Mind the mRNA "vaccines" begin the move from Human 1.0 to a synthetic-biological Human 2.0 on the Smart Grid; "transgender means to go beyond gender and transhuman means to go beyond human"[190].

Predictive programming

In the later books Hollywood and the media make the planned future familiar to the subconscious, and present the transhumanist future as "inevitable" ("resistance is futile") so that humans create it themselves[191]. "Know the outcome and you'll see the journey"[163].

Energy harvesting

In the later books the whole structure exists to feed the Archons on low-vibrational human energy, the "breakfast, dinner and tea" of fear, rage, war, sacrifice and sexual energy. Children's pre-puberty energy is prized most, drained through possessed paedophiles[192]. "The System is specifically designed to generate maximum fear, anxiety and stress"[49].

Law and corporate fiction

In the later books governments, courts, police and councils are private corporations with no jurisdiction "unless you consent and contract with them". The Cult brought the law of the sea ashore as Statute Law and creates a corporate fiction in each person's name at birth[193]. Icke urges Common Law arrests of violent police[194].

Goals & Endgame

All four books name the same endgame, a global fascist state, first called the New World Order and in the 2021 book the Great Reset, and give it almost the same components. They differ on who ultimately wants it and on the timetable. In And the Truth the Global Elite work for it "on behalf of the Prison Warders"[11], who want to keep Earth as a vibratory prison and "negative energy production unit"[64]. In The Biggest Secret it is the "complete reptilian takeover" of the planet by the Babylonian Brotherhood[195].

The components in the earlier books. The goal is "complete reptilian takeover via a global fascist dictatorship". It is to have a world government, a world central bank and electronic cashless currency, a world army and a microchipped population connected to a global computer, "a global fascist state modelled on Nazi Germany" and the hierarchical slave society Hitler described[196]. And the Truth, written four years earlier, lists the same four pillars in almost the same words: "the plan for a world government, central bank, currency, and army, together with a microchipped population linked to a global computer"[197]. It calls the "global village" "a global fascist tyranny. A global plantation"[38], and says the Nazi philosophy "was also the philosophy of those who controlled the Allies"[198]. Regional superstates are to sit beneath the world government: the European Union (the model), an American Union from NAFTA, a Pacific Union from APEC and an African Union (2001). Nations are to be broken into regions[199]. The 1995 book has the same three trading blocs (European Union, American Union, Pacific Union) to be merged into one, through the EEC, NAFTA (signed by Bush on 12 August 1992) and APEC (agreed near Jakarta on 15 November 1994), with a planned TAFTA (transatlantic free trade) to join the EU and North America[200]; it adds the "Europe of regions" in which nations stop being administrative units[37]. Further elements are the control of energy (with free energy suppressed), the destruction of alternative healing, global martial law, FEMA camps for dissidents and a disarmed population[201]. It has the suppression of free energy technology, the drug companies' suppression of cancer cures and self-healing, and FEMA camps and emergency powers too[202]. The Brotherhood calls this the Great Work of Ages; its insider name is the New World Order, announced on the Great Seal[203]. And the Truth says the same: the plan is "the Great Work of Ages or New World Order", and the Great Seal of the United States announces it[24].

The post-war programme[204]. And the Truth lists the aims the Global Elite set after the Second World War, which left Europe devastated and in debt "as planned": the United Nations as a proto-world government ("the jewel of the post-war manipulators and one of the main reasons the Second World War was fashioned"); conflict and nuclear fear to build NATO and eventually a world army; three "free trade" blocs to evolve into political unions with one central bank and currency; mass mind control up to microchipping and a global computer; creating the welfare state and then dismantling it to create an underclass; profit; and ever-growing debt[198]. Abroad, the US "Grand Area" strategy was to exploit the Third World and crush any "threat of a good example" with terror[198]. The book[155] reads the Report from Iron Mountain as the plan for replacing war with other controls: a world police force, an alien menace, environmental threat, fictitious enemies, new religions and applied eugenics[155].

The four pillars, as a chapter of And the Truth reports progress[38].

  • World government: the UN and the EU are stepping stones. Engineered UN funding crises (Joseph Connor's 1993 warning of UN bankruptcy) are to lead to UN taxation; the Commission on Global Governance (Sir Shridath Ramphal, with Maurice Strong, Jacques Delors and Ingvar Carlsson), formed in Geneva in 1992, "= New World Order"; the Gorbachev Foundation's autumn-1995 Global Forum on the "first global civilisation" in San Francisco filters world government into public debate[38]. The Club of Rome's environmental case for world government, fronted by Maurice Strong's 1992 Rio Earth Summit and the Brundtland Report, serves the same end[46].
  • World central bank and currency: the World Bank, IMF, OECD, BIS, WTO and GATT already form "an economic dictatorship"[38]. The euro and the European Central Bank, run by six unelected bankers, are steps to a world central bank and currency[205]; the G7's July 1994 pledge to revamp the IMF and World Bank pointed the same way[14]. An engineered crash blamed on the Arabs is to justify it, per Jonathan May[14].
  • World army: the Gulf War was fought under the UN flag and "hastened" it[38]; NATO's "out-of-area" deployment from the July 1990 London summit[206] and the 60,000-strong NATO force from some 30 countries sent to Bosnia in 1995 ("a world army under central control") are its stages[30]. Kissinger called for a UN army at the 1991 Bilderberg meeting, echoed by Boutros Boutros-Ghali[38].
  • Microchipped population: cash gives way to cards and smart ID cards, then to an under-skin barcode or Microchip implant linked to a global computer ("the Beast", said to be in the Krypt under Brussels's Blood Church) and a world central bank; "no chip, no buying". Intel received a five-year contract in 1994 to develop the chip, and missing-children scares are used to sell it[207]. The chip could modify behaviour, trigger violence and stop conception[38].

The 1995 book concludes that the New World Order has come a long way since the start of modern banking, Freemasonry, the United States and the French Revolution, and its 21st Century Edition postscript says the agenda "is now fact"[38]. A further aim in the book is to destroy the British monarchy through bad publicity; one passage[37] gives 1999 as a target year for the end of the monarchy[37]. The Biggest Secret, by contrast, makes the Windsors a core reptilian bloodline to be stripped of power by the people[208].

Timetable in the earlier books. The two earlier books agree that the Agenda is being accelerated around the millennium, but they frame the deadline differently.

  • Millennium[204]: the Prison Warders are pressing the Global Elite to "speed up" centralised control because humanity's challenge to the occupation will peak around the millennium[209]. The New World Order "will be sped up but will not ultimately succeed"[64].
  • 1993 and 1995[204]: Uranus-Neptune alignments (1993) and the effects of Pluto (1995) are speeding the awakening[64].
  • 2000[204]: Orion reaches the highest point of its cycle, having been at its lowest in the 11th millennium BC[64].
  • 2000-05-05[204]: the Sun, Neptune, Uranus, Venus, Mercury and Mars align, Uranus challenges Saturn and squares Jupiter: "the moment the freedom vibration begins to overtake the fear vibration"[64].
  • 2000–2012[210]: "the Brotherhood Agenda unfolds across the year 2000 into the first 12 years of the new century"[1]. Diana's sacrifice marked the birth of the Age of Horus "by 2000"[211].
  • To 2012[210]: planned fear events: a third world war (the Muslim world against the West, or China), Project Bluebeam (holographic saviours and UFOs projected from Star Wars satellites, voices beamed into brains), a staged extraterrestrial invasion justifying a world army, global emergency executive orders, and a global financial collapse leading to an electronic currency[212]. The 1995 book already warns that the Elite have flying-saucer technology and may stage an "alien" threat, and attributes fake "Ashtar Command" channellings to Operation Bluebeam[213].
  • 2012 (both): The Biggest Secret (1999) makes 2012 "a crucial year for the Agenda"[1] and dates the Maya changeover and the Great Shift to 12 December 2012 (2012-12-12): all 64 of the McKennas' timewaves peak, the Earth's resonance rises (the Schumann frequency of 7.8 Hz passing 10), and the Brotherhood is "racing" to suppress the awakening[214]. And the Truth (1995) dates the end of the Mayan great cycle to 21 December 2012 (2012-12-21) and sets it within the Photon Belt, a charged energy belt centred on the Pleiades (Alcyone) whose influence on Earth began in the early 1960s; the incoming energies are rebalancing the Fourth Dimension and cutting off the Elite's power source[64]. The Biggest Secret also mentions the Photon Belt, as "a massive electrical field" the Earth may be entering[214]. The books thus agree on 2012 as the turning point but give different days, and differ on its mechanism: And the Truth stresses astrology and the Photon Belt dissolving the Prison Warders' jamming frequency; The Biggest Secret stresses the Maya calendar, the McKennas' timewaves and the Schumann resonance stripping the reptilians' cover.
  • Beyond: the reptilians "have never been defeated but are threatened as human mental power returns", and "we are going to see freedom return to this planet for the first time in so, so long"[215]. In And the Truth, "whatever happens, the years of the vibratory prison are almost over"[64].

The endgame in the later books. They keep the four pillars and add their destination.

  • The Hunger Games Society: "only three basic levels of 'human' society": the one percent, a police and military class, and everyone else in poverty and dependency, living in "human settlement zones" and megacities under a world government, a world central bank with one cashless digital currency (the "cashless society" Icke first warned of in 1993), and a world army that absorbs all police[216]. The world army "is intended to be robots"[217].
  • The Great Reset: the Cult's code name for "the global imposition of fascism". In it no one owns anything, carbon targets de-industrialise the world, and food and water are centrally controlled; "the Cult plan is to crash the entire system to 'build back better'"[218].
  • Assimilation: "the ultimate goal of the complete subjugation and control of human awareness leading to its eventual deletion via technology". The human mind is to be connected to an AI "hive mind" or "cloud" through the Smart Grid, 5G and nanotechnology. The biological human is to be replaced by a sexless, synthetic "Human 2.0", and in the end the body is dispensed with and consciousness absorbed into cyberspace[219]. "The Archons ... are seeking to turn humanity in totality into themselves"[220].
  • Depopulation: El-lite documents speak of reducing the population to "anything between 500,000, a billion and three billion"[221]. The "vaccines" are designed "to depopulate an enormous swathe of humanity", the old are to be culled, and a legal "demise pill" is to follow[222].
  • One religion: all religions are to be deleted "for a one-world religion of Cult Satanism", the worship of the Archontic force[223].
  • The end of the family: the state takes control of children, and gender is fused on the road to "the end of parenthood altogether"[224].
  • Engineered crises: Pike's alleged 1871 plan for a Third World War (World War III) between political Zionism and Islam, ending in "the pure doctrine of Lucifer"[225]; civil and race wars in Europe and America[226]; a planned confrontation between China and the West[186]; and a staged "alien invasion" to justify world government[227].

Timetable in the later books. Everything You Need to Know (2018) says today's young "are planned to be the adults when the enslavement reaches the technological conclusion"[228]. Perceptions of a Renegade Mind (2021) puts the imposition of technocracy "when today's children are adults"[183]. Icke cites Ray Kurzweil for humans thinking "in the cloud" by around 2030 and bodily immortality around 2045[229], and notes plans to end petrol vehicles in the UK and EU[163]. "Covid" in 2020 turned the Totalitarian Tiptoe into "the Totalitarian Sprint"[163]. Icke also says the plan is not inevitable: "If there is a plan for the world and nothing intervenes to stop it then it will happen"[217].

The answer. Icke's answer is individual sovereignty. Three changes of attitude end the Agenda: express your uniqueness, let others do the same, and impose on no one, because "you cannot centralise control of diversity"[23]. Meet the reptilians "from a frequency range the Brotherhood cannot even conceive of – love"[23]. And the Truth (1995) gives the same answer from the other direction. The Global Elite and the structure are the creation of the Collective human mind, which attracted them by giving away responsibility and lacking self-love, so "the real power in a pyramid lies at the base"[230]. "Who are the real Prison Warders...? We are"[25]. Freedom comes from deprogramming, dropping dogma and labels, following the heart, and loving, forgiving and respecting oneself and even Kissinger, Rockefeller, Bush and Clinton[231]. Practically, the 1995 book urges a mass boycott of elections and building local economies outside the system[30]. Volunteers from other levels, some from the Pleiades, are incarnate to break the jamming frequency during the Great Transformation[232], and the Prison Warder consciousness "has no control over love"[65].

The answer in the later books. The answer stays non-violent and personal. Everything You Need to Know calls for "a revolution of perception", "the only revolution that will change anything for the better". It means moving self-identity from the Phantom Self to the Infinite Self, opening the heart, and an "Empathy Revolution" of love and laughter that extends empathy even to the El-ite, the royals, the Bushes, Clintons, Obama, Trump, Mattis, Kissinger and Blair[233]. It also means mass non-cooperation with The System, as Martin Luther King and Gandhi showed, including refusing smartphones, smart meters and 5G[234]. "If we don't then humanity is doomed. If we do our enslavement is over"[235]. The Truth Vibrations are already bringing everything hidden to the surface[236]. Perceptions of a Renegade Mind adds peaceful mass non-compliance by the Pushbackers ("We are many – They are few"), Common Law action and legal cases such as Reiner Fuellmich's, and "Nuremberg-type trials" for the "Covid" operatives[237]. "Love is the garlic to Wetiko's vampire", and "only the heart can stop it"[238].
