The first attempt at a global body meant to evolve into world government, produced at Versailles by the Milner-House group. The Rockefellers paid for its Geneva headquarters[1]. And the Truth Shall Set You Free calls it "the first attempt at a world government by stealth" and "the Elite's first attempt at a covert world government", a Round Table creation born at Versailles[2].
