Nimrod

Where each worldview places it
The historical fountainhead of the mystery religion. He founded the first government, ran the original college of sun priests in Babylon, and was deified after death as the sun god, the prototype of Osiris[1]. Cooper parallels him with Lucifer: both "rebelled"[2]. He has level-0 hints as the worshipped god and a level-1 hint as the first ruler, so he is placed here.

He was the son of Cush[2]. He founded Babel, Erech, Akkad and Calneh[2]. "Seth, son of Noah" defeated him and cut him up, which became the Osiris legend[4].
