Where each worldview places it
The white race, originally from Mars, that emerged from the Caucasus and Near East after the cataclysm c. 7,000 years ago and spread to Sumer, Egypt, the Indus Valley, Europe, India, China and the Americas. They were "unknowingly" controlled by the reptile-Aryans within them[1].

Lineage
From the white Martians and the Hittites (the father of India's first Aryan king was the last Hittite king). They became the seafaring Phoenicians and the overland Cimmerians (Celts, Gauls), Scythians (Germani), Anglo-Saxons, Normans and Sakkas[2].
