The apex of the human-visible structure and "the Biggest Secret" itself[1]. They are "at the heart of the web, or the top of the pyramid"[2], "the force that controls the consciousness of those which have controlled the Babylonian Brotherhood since ancient times"[3], and "command the ruling hierarchy" of Satanists[4]. Icke places a fifth-dimensional force above them[5], so they are the summit of the physical-dimension pyramid rather than the ultimate source. And the Truth Shall Set You Free (1995; 2004 edition) names no reptilians. Its apex is the Fourth-Dimensional Prison Warders of the Luciferic Consciousness, controlling a Global Elite[6]. Icke's model changed between the two books, and the two apexes are kept as separate entities here (see Contradictions & Evolution). In the two later books the Reptilians are no longer the apex. The 2018 book calls them "Archontically possessed" extraterrestrials, the Archontic mind's "main vehicles", which with the Greys make up "The Spider" and are "subordinate to the Archontic distortion"[7]. The 2021 book calls the reptilian "one of the main non-human forms that Archons take"[8]. This profile therefore now answers to the Archons and the Demiurge as well as to the 1999 book's fifth-dimensional force.

Their connection with Earth began "more than 150 million years ago" through the dinosaurs, whose consciousness survived; a cataclysm c. 65 million years ago wiped out most dinosaurs, which might otherwise have evolved into reptile humanoids[9]. They arrived as the Anunnaki c. 450,000 years ago, probably already on Mars[10]. They pursued the Aryan race "around the universe" to Mars and then Earth for its blood[4]. They lived openly as 'gods' (the Ubaid lizard figurines of 5,000–4,000 BC). After the Venus cataclysm (c. 4,800 BC) they "went undercover" by crossbreeding, founded Sumer, Egypt, Babylon and the Indus Valley with the Aryans, and since then have ruled through hybrid bloodlines, "moving house" from body to body[11]. Everything You Need to Know adds that a severe phase of Reptilian manipulation began about 6,000 years ago and produced the "new psyche" through genetic programmes; it spread from Sumer and Babylon through Rome to Britain and the British Empire[12]. Ancient cultures name the same invaders as serpent gods, the Anunnaki and the Chitauri[12].

  1. 01The reptilian control works through three channels at once (extraterrestrial, inner-terrestrial and other-dimensional), and "the main reptilian control" is possession of hybrid bloodlines from the lower fourth dimension[1].
  2. 02There are three types: full-bloods in human form, hybrids possessed or merely "overshadowed" (Bill Clinton), and reptilians who briefly manifest directly[1].
  3. 03Shape-shifting is science: sound and vibration create form, and their human form is a "vibrational overcoat". Mono-atomic gold gave the elites the capacity to shape-shift and travel between dimensions[1].
  4. 04They feed on fear, guilt, aggression and sexual energy, and on an adrenaline-like substance released at death, which is most potent in children. Wars, genocide, animal slaughter and black magic are therefore encouraged[21].
  5. 05They are "genetic blood drinkers" who need human blood to hold human form in this dimension, which is the source of vampire stories[22].
  6. 06They are "not very psychic", so they programme humans of particular bloodlines, such as Arizona Wilder, to perform rituals and draw in energies. They created Satanism[23].
  7. 07They perceive time differently and plan across centuries, not weeks[24].
  8. 08Their attitudes toward humans are expressed in the Talmud; "the 'Lord thy God' means the reptilian 'gods'"[25].

In The Biggest Secret the controller becomes a named reptilian race, located in the lower fourth dimension[29].
  14. 14Everything You Need to Know describes them as "Archon-possessed reptilian entities operating from the unseen": a hive mind that feeds on human fear, eats humans and takes part in ritual sacrifice, shapeshifts, runs governments and is obsessed with technology[12]. "Their God is their technology"[30].
  15. 15With the Greys they rewired the human form, created the reptilian brain and were "central" to the interbreeding of the "sons of God" with "the daughters of men", which infused the counterfeit spirit[31].
