Draco
Where each worldview places it
The winged élite and 'royalty' of the reptilians, 7–12 feet tall. The highest caste is albino white with conical horns[1]. The Draco star system is where the controlling group comes from[2]. In Everything You Need to Know the Draco are Reptilian "royalty" with horns, wings and tails; the most genetically superior are albino-like. They appear on Earth as human royalty and many world leaders, "running your governments of every country on the planet" (per William Tompkins), and they occupied the Moon when Apollo landed[3]. The "royal" winged Draco created the hybrid royal bloodlines, and the most powerful royals and aristocrats are "Draconians incarnate"[4].
