Where each worldview places it
The idea behind the eugenics movement (see Eugenics movement): "to create a Master Race by the sterilisation and forced birth control of those races considered 'inferior'"[1]. Icke says the British and American Elite were saying and funding it "long before the word Nazi was even heard of", and that after the war it was renamed population control[2].
