Position
A lecture subject at the 1916 Rose Cross convocation and taught by its Sacred College[1]. In a Third Reich documentary Cooper airs, "an unlikely union between the teachings of a modern scientific movement and the esoteric doctrines of the occult" produced Nazism, and the United States pioneered the eugenic laws the Nazis copied[2].
The idea behind the eugenics movement (see Eugenics movement): "to create a Master Race by the sterilisation and forced birth control of those races considered 'inferior'"[3]. Icke says the British and American Elite were saying and funding it "long before the word Nazi was even heard of", and that after the war it was renamed population control[4].

Francis Galton coined the term and founded the movement[4]; it grew from "survival of the fittest" plus belief in genetically determined intellect[3]; after the war it became "population control"[4].
