And the Truth agrees: the post-war Elite set up "an American-European defence alliance" to be "fused together" with UN peacekeepers "to form the world army", and its secretary general "is a Bilderberg appointment"[2].

- Founded as the post-war Elite's American-European alliance; its defence budget procedures were introduced by Averell Harriman with Jean Monnet and Edwin Plowden[2]. It is pushed "out of area" and east into former Soviet states, and is to be fused with UN forces into the World army[3].
