The name Perceptions of a Renegade Mind gives the plan the earlier books called the New World Order. "The Great Reset" has long been the Cult's code name for "the global imposition of fascism", replacing "New World Order"[1], and it is "only an updated term for Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030"[2]. It sits under the Cult as its directing programme, beside the New World Order, and above the institutions that carry it out. "Great Reset = Smart Grid = new human"[3].
