The usual name for the human summit in Everything You Need to Know: "a force operating from the shadows" with "an agenda of global human control", of which those who appear to run the world are "only agents and pawns – some knowingly, most unknowingly"[1]. It is the human face of the Archontic force; Freemasons "serve the Hidden Hand or El-ite which serve the Archontic force"[2]. It is kept separate from the Global Elite ("El-ite"), which the book uses for the same network, and from the Cult of the 2021 book; Icke states no equation between the three names. The book also calls them "those in the shadows": hidden manipulators with "extremely evil intent" who program human perception[3]. Those in the shadows are a separate register entity, recorded here.

Its symbol, the pyramid and all-seeing eye, goes back to the ancient Saturn cult[4]. It created both world wars through the Web[5], brought Thatcher to power in the 1980s[6], created Wahhabism and Sharia law "to usurp more secular Islam"[7], and has directed the PNAC regime-change list under every US administration[8].
