Icke says "the takeover of Planet Earth was achieved by what I call the Luciferic Consciousness", an "extremely negative energy" operating from the Fourth Dimension that works through any human or extraterrestrial within its frequency range[1]. The Prison Warders are its agents: he writes of "the Fourth Dimensional Prison Warders of the Luciferic Consciousness"[2] and often joins the two names ("the Prison Warder/Luciferic Consciousness")[3]. It is "the Elite's god"[4]. The Biggest Secret does not use the term; its nearest equivalent is the Fifth-dimensional force that possesses the Reptilians[5], and the two are kept separate here.
