Founded by the priests of Mendes; headed in the 5th century by Richard De Vere as Lord Draconis; Prince Vlad III, the "Dracul" who inspired Dracula, was a Chancellor in the 15th century. It became the Imperial and Royal Court of the Dragon Sovereignty[2].
