It is "the force behind the Global Elite" and is controlled by the Super Elite[1]. Its common thread "goes across all races"[2]. Allied and German bankers "were connected by the same All-Seeing Eye cult; a force which goes back to antiquity"[3]. "The one cult that dominates all others" is "The Global Elite and the All-Seeing Eye"[4]. Icke takes the name partly from Rabbi Marvin S. Antelman[2]. The Biggest Secret reads the all-seeing eye as a symbol of the reptilians "looking in from the lower fourth dimension"[5], without a cult of that name.

- Icke dates it to antiquity[6]. It carries the Plato theme, which Antelman links to it[7]. Adam Weishaupt was "a high initiate of the All-Seeing Eye stream"[7]. Per Antelman, the cult was the force behind the French Revolution[2]. In the 20th century it runs the long-term plan for "a centralised world government, central bank, currency, and army"[8].
