Where each worldview places it
William Cooper Tier 1 movement · 22 hrs Full profile →
David Icke Tier 1 movement · 38 units Full profile →
Position
The object toward which every tier works. Cooper calls it the Great Work of the mystery schools, "not an accident" but "a well-thought-out, well-conceived, and well-orchestrated plan"[1]. The register places it at level 1 as the directorate's program.
"The insider name for the Brotherhood Agenda", announced on the Great Seal[2]. It is the reptilian-planned hierarchical slave society that Hitler described[3] and "knows no party lines"[4]. In And the Truth Shall Set You Free it is the same plan: "The game plan is known as the Great Work of Ages or the New World Order"[5]. It is the "global fascist tyranny" of world government, world central bank and currency, world army and "a microchipped population linked to a global computer"[6]. The Global Elite directs it[7], the All-Seeing Eye cult steers it[8], and its personalities "over thousands of years have been possessed" by the Prison Warder Consciousness[9]. That book also calls it humanity's own creation: "It is our creation"[10]. In Perceptions of a Renegade Mind "the Great Reset" has replaced "New World Order" as the Cult's code name for the same plan; George Bush used the code name "New World Order" as a "Cult frontman"[11].
Controls / directs
The Council of wise men and Priests of the mysteries govern itLucifer is its capstonethe Antichrist leads it[12]

Lineage
It is the golden age of priest-kings the initiates want to restore[18]. The Peasants' Revolt's "great society" (1381), the founders' vision on the Great Seal, LBJ's Great Society and Bush's New World Order "are all the same"[19]. Hitler wrote a "New World Order" and Bush implements it[20]. It grew out of the Old World Order of the Vatican and the European banking families, as the power center moved to America[21], and out of an "Aryan tradition"[22]. It is symbolized by the Phoenix rising from the ashes of the old[23].

Author's claims
  1. 01The NWO will destroy the Constitution and the family, raise children by the state, and put Christians and patriots in camps: "the blood will run"[34].
  2. 02Redistribution, the breaking of the family, the elimination of Christianity, and violence, WWIII, famine or depression if needed. Everything is to be in place by 1999[1].
  3. 03"The New World Order will sail in on a sea of blood" (Epperson read)[35].
  4. 04It claims it will rid the world of evil and bring a thousand years of peace[36]. The guest "William Morgan" and Cooper say it offers "a thousand years of peace under the United Nations"[33].
  5. 05The council of learned elders behind a charismatic leader will keep "everyone on the face of this earth ... under total control for every twenty-four hour period of their lives". Its law is "do as thou wilt"[37].
  6. 06It is being "erected like a prison around us". It will be racist, with "an Aryan background" (Morgan)[22].
  7. 07It is "national socialism on a world scale"[38].
  8. 08It is legally in place already. "The only people who don't understand that the world government is already in place is the sheeple"[15].
  9. 09The guests Maxwell and Hilder say its aim is "one world, one currency, one race, one religion", a thousand-year millennium under Lucifer[20].
  10. 10The "Rupert Orpheus" letter shows the justice system will protect the system from the masses. The masses will be "totally and completely controlled for each and every second"[39].
  1. 01Hitler coined the term[4]; George Bush used it "profusely"[2].
  2. 02It is funded partly by selling slaves to Saudi Arabia, Mexico and others[4].
  3. 03A man favouring it was seen to shape-shift during a TV interview[40].
  4. 04Diana's ritual death symbolised its introduction[41].
  5. 05It "will manifest as a world government", a world central bank and currency, a world army and a microchipped population linked to a global computer[7].
  6. 06"Most of those working for the New World Order agenda don't know they are doing so"[42].
  7. 07Vietnam "happened only because it was made to happen in pursuit of the New World Order". It "imposed itself" through the 1960s assassinations[43].
  8. 08Its agenda "includes a coup d'etat on dissidents who oppose the tyranny"[44], and FEMA is a front for holding camps for its opponents[45].
  9. 09"On anything that involves the New World Order agenda, they all vote the same way"[46].
  10. 10Christianity and patriotism are "two of the rigid mindsets which have been used continually over the centuries to bring about the very New World Order"; Christian Patriotism would only replace Elite control with its own[47].
  11. 11"The Prison Warders, via the Global Elite, will increase their efforts to speed the New World Order, but they will not ultimately succeed"[48]. "Without those [fear, guilt and psychological fascism], there is no New World Order"[49].
  12. 12"Mr Rockefeller, Dr Kissinger, Mr Carter et al, it's over my friends"[9].
  13. 13Icke reads Revelation 13:16-18 ("that no-one may buy or sell except one who has the mark") in the Book of Revelation as a prophecy of the microchip[45]. The Biggest Secret links Revelation's dragon and serpent with Satan[50].
  14. 14The Report from Iron Mountain, read by Icke as a blueprint for replacing war with other means of control, came, he says, from members of the Kennedy Administration (McNamara, Bundy, Rusk)[51].
