In And the Truth Shall Set You Free it is "CFR/Rockefeller-controlled", one of the foundation syndicates the Rockefellers and Rothschilds control, and one of the bodies through which the CIA's policy is decided[2].

  3. 03Under Bundy it arranged the $4 million anti-nuclear energy study A Time To Choose, and with the Carnegie foundations "poured millions into the environmental campaigns and pressure groups" for the oil cartel[3].
