Position
Created by Truman's National Security Act (1947) with Donovan, a "curtain of secrecy" behind which the secret societies destroy sovereignty[1]. Bush directed it, and its drug money was laundered through Silverado[2]. It recruits returned Mormon missionaries from BYU[3] and controls the black projects[4].
Created by the elite of British intelligence under Truman, "created by Nazis for Nazis". It runs the cocaine and heroin trade and the mind-control programmes, and it is "the same as the Mafia" at the top[5]. And the Truth Shall Set You Free gives the same picture in more detail: the CIA is "Elite-controlled"[6], "an arm of the tax-exempt foundation syndicates controlled by the Rockefellers/Rothschilds"[7], formed out of the OSS in 1948 under British Intelligence supervision[8], and probably below British Intelligence in the Elite pyramid. Icke also says the NSA is the real power in US intelligence and "the CIA gets blamed for what the NSA does"[7]. Its "Global Elite elements" and Mossad "are the same organisation"[9].

The wartime Office of Strategic Services, set up with British help (Donovan, Stephenson at the Rockefeller Center), became the CIA in 1948 under Allen Dulles, with Nazis helping to form it[13]. Reinhard Gehlen's Nazi network became its European operation[14].

  20. 20In Everything You Need to Know, with the NSA, MI5/MI6, Mossad and the BND it is an asset of "the same central command – the same Web"; it controls journalists through its media assets (the 1976 Church Committee, Udo Ulfkotte, CIA intern Anderson Cooper) and launched "conspiracy theory" as a smear in a 1967 dispatch[44].
