Council on Foreign Relations
Where each worldview places it
The American branch of the RIIA, "only a branch", which connects the Brotherhood with the US government, Congress, the media, foundations, universities, the military and bankers[1]. In And the Truth the CFR and the RIIA "are the same organisation, working on different sides of the Atlantic": the Institute's "most important" creation, founded in 1921 at the Harold Pratt House, which "controls the administration of the United States, especially its foreign policy"[2]. Icke calls it "that front for the Global Elite" and one of "the vehicles for the Rockefellers and the Elite", a pyramid within the global pyramid whose members answer to the Global Elite[3].

- 01Nearly every president has been a member[4].
- 02It wrote the UN charter; 74 CFR members sat in the 1945 US delegation[12].
- 03It "100% controlled" the Institute of Education[13].
- 04Admiral Chester Ward exposed it[4].
- 05Admiral Chester Ward, a member for sixteen years, said its main clique is composed of "the one-world-global-government ideologists"[2].
- 06It is structured in circles around a central elite, like the Round Table[6].
- 07"The Council on Foreign Relations directs the United States policy, whatever 'party' is officially in power"; every president except Reagan was a member, the last eight CIA directors were members, and at least fourteen of eighteen secretaries of state since 1921 (per Robert W. Lee, 1992)[8].
- 08"Whenever we needed a man [for a government position] we thumbed through the roll of the council members"[8].
- 09Jean Monnet and the CFR were the architects of the Treaties of Rome; CFR members dominated the Atlantic union bodies and the Institute of Education was "100% controlled" by it[9].
- 10Seventeen key members of the Eisenhower administration were members; every allied supreme commander and US secretary of defense since the Second World War has been a member[14].
- 11It connects Bush and Clinton; Gingrich is said to be a "proud member"[15].
- 12All three US television networks "are closely interlocked with the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission"[16].
- 13The Ford Foundation gave it a million dollars; the Ford and Carnegie Foundations are "CFR/Rockefeller-controlled"[17].
- 14James Perloff's book says "the accusations against the Council on Foreign Relations... are true"[18].
- 15The later books call it a Round Table satellite and Web "cusp" organisation founded by John D. Rockefeller in New York in 1921; it has driven US foreign policy, and 74 of the US delegation that founded the UN in 1945 were members[19]. Nick Rockefeller tried to recruit Aaron Russo into it[20].
