Lineage

The wartime Office of Strategic Services, set up with British help (Donovan, Stephenson at the Rockefeller Center), became the CIA in 1948 under Allen Dulles, with Nazis helping to form it^[6]. Reinhard Gehlen's Nazi network became its European operation^[7].
