A tax-exempt foundation in the CFR network. It took control of education and history teaching and shares a common leadership with the Ford and Carnegie foundations[1]. In And the Truth it is "the tax-exempt New World Order front" and one of the foundation syndicates of which the CIA is an arm[2].
