A tax-exempt foundation in the CFR network. It took control of education and history teaching and shares a common leadership with the Ford and Carnegie foundations[1]. In And the Truth it is "the tax-exempt New World Order front" and one of the foundation syndicates of which the CIA is an arm[2].

  3. 03The Carnegie Endowment approached it to take joint control of education: "the key to it was the teaching of American history and they must change that" (per the Reece Committee's Norman Dodd)[4].
  4. 04It collected the seeds of 95% of the world's major cereal crops in the Green Revolution, and funded environmental campaigns[7].
  5. 05"The CIA is an arm of the tax-exempt foundation syndicates" such as the Rockefeller, Ford and Carnegie foundations, controlled by the Rockefellers/Rothschilds[8].
  6. 06It channelled money to Prohibition campaigners such as the Women's Christian Temperance Union[9], and funded Harvard research "into the potential for computers to control human thinking"[10].
  7. 07In the later books it funded feminism to break up the family; its 2010 "Scenarios" document foresaw a pandemic, masks, temperature checks and lasting authoritarian rule, it funded the 2013 Beijing health paper forecasting re-engineered humans, and it is the model for the Gates Foundation; in February 2021 it funded "Covid" testing and vaccines in ten African countries[11].
  8. 08The 2021 book says its 2010 document Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development foresaw a flu killing eight million, masks, temperature checks and lasting authoritarian control[12]. The Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research led "viral research" under Thomas Milton Rivers[13].
