  1. 01He communicated with Roosevelt before becoming PM to ensure war and used Regulation 18b to jail Tyler Kent and Colonel Ramsey[11]. In And the Truth, Kent's cables showed "Churchill and Roosevelt plotting together to arrange future events"; "they were both knowingly part of the scam"[12].
  2. 02He began the mass bombing of German civilians, "another global blood ritual"[13].
