Icke / Tier 4 — The Captured Institutions and Their Instruments / intelligence-military
Office of Strategic Services
Where each worldview places it
The CIA's wartime predecessor, "peopled entirely by Knights Templar" (per Bill Cooper) and born out of the Payseur railroad security network. Former OSS agents in London were key operatives in the Kennedy murder[1]. And the Truth stresses that it was British-created and British-run: "US Security is being run for them at the President's request by the British"[2], which is why Icke places British intelligence above the CIA.
