Former Secretary of State; spoke of the U.S. role in "the new order".

"One of the planet's most active servants of the reptilians", a reptilian himself ("he is one"), and the Brotherhood's "tireless global manipulator"^[1]. He is "not the very top but right up at the operational level", and he "answers to Satanism and his fellow reptilians"^[2]. In And the Truth Shall Set You Free Icke puts him lower and frames him in human terms: "a major manipulator, albeit as a puppet of those who really control him", one of the Elite's "yes-men, and super-gofers", "the Elite's Ambassador-at-Large" and "the frontman for the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds"^[3]. Both books agree that he runs presidents and wars; the reptilian identity appears only in the later book.

05"Nixon may have been officially president, but Kissinger ran the government"^[8]. He used "a series of frontmen to do his bidding. One of the best known is George Bush", whom he had nominated to the CIA through Ford; Ford "took over as Kissinger's frontman"^[26].

19His Yom Kippur War gave the manipulators "someone else to blame" for the 400% oil price rise, the Arab oil producers, whose petrodollars were then invested in Elite banks such as Chase Manhattan and Manufacturers Hanover Trust^[11].
