"A major player in the Brotherhood", a full-blood, shape-shifting reptilian. Icke calls him a paedophile, ritual child killer, mass murderer, Satanist and "one of North America's premier drug barons"[1]. He was put into power "to make the Agenda happen"[2]. In And the Truth Shall Set You Free he is a Global Elite frontman rather than a reptilian: Henry Kissinger's "Kissinger clone", "a constant theme in the New World Order for over forty years", the Republican wing of the One Party State and a "global drug trafficker"[3]. Icke lists him as Skull and Bones, 33rd-degree Freemason, Committee of 300, CFR and Trilateral Commission[4]. As Reagan's vice-president he was "president in fact, if not in name"[5].
